This position (part of our Professional Services team) is responsible for the technical role in the successful installation, integration and deployment of Cyways range of Cyber Security solutions in client environments and assisting our implementation partners in that process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project technical services deliveries
• Scope project deliverables as per the agreed scoping exercise
• Implement and configure Cyway products at customers premises
• Manage the project delivery to meet the project timeline
• Provide training to EUs upon completing the project on how to use the technology

Essential Job  Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree of computer science or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with information security solutions and services
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience on key cybersecurity solutions such as NGFWs, EDRs, DLP, SIEM, SOAR, XDR NDR, IPS/IDS, SSE/SASE, VPN, SD-WAN…etc
• Has already worked on implementing cybersecurity solutions
• Fluent in English
