Business Development Representative


We are looking for a motivated inside sales representative to join the sales team. She would be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth sales process. She should be promoting Cyway products and services to prospects (Channel Partners and End Users).


  • Communicating with prospects and customers, making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Following up with the leads
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Making dozens of daily to create demand and generate interest
  • Understanding customers needs, challenges, and requirements
  • Articulating the value of Cyway vendors offerings to prospects
  • Master elevator pitch across Cyway vendors
  • Exploring Potential Upsell & x-sell for existing customers with courtesy calls
  • Follow up on marketing email campaigns for lead generation
  • Partially perform online basic demos
  • Updating CRM in regular basis
  • Maintain and expand Cyway database of prospects (end users and VARs)
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quota
  • Keep track of all renewals

Essential Job Qualifications:

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Strong phone and virtual meetings presence and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in CRM
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Basic understand of IT and cybersecurity
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Preference for a female
